We aim to process and ship orders promptly and transparently. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected domestic and international destinations. Availability of shipping options may vary depending on your location.

If shipping is not available to your address, you will be notified during checkout.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if provided by the carrier.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship orders returned due to incorrect address details.


9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control.


10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
