Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Mosh Vision (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our Shopify store.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Refundable

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Governing Law

This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
