Shipping Policy

At moshvision.com we offer an express shipping service on all products, so you can be assured you will receive reliable, fast and a "no-hassle" shipping service on your purchase.

All our prices are excluding shipping charges, but we offer free shipping depending on quantity or value of the order regardless of shipping weight.

We currently ship locally to Hong Kong via our online store.  

We also can ship to international countries such as UK, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan, for enquires please email us at info@moshvision.com

• All local Hong Kong delivery confirmed orders placed online are shipped within 2-5 business days and delivered between 1-2 working days.
• All International delivery confirmed orders placed via email are shipped within 2-5 business days and delivered between 7-14 working days.

This depending on the type of product you purchase. Regular contact lenses are shipped quicker than Specialized lenses or Astigmatism related lenses. As soon as we dispatch your order we will send you the shipping details of your order by e-mail. Orders placed on the weekend or on national holidays (Hong Kong) will be processed on the next working day.

Occasionally, there can be an instance when a product is back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In such a situation, we will immediately inform you of the nature of delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s). We will inform you either by phone or by e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status and ship them as soon as they become available. As a result, occasionally, you will receive multiple shipments for one order.

We always try to keep  transport costs as low as possible for you to benefit at the best prices. Once your parcel is shipped we will send you an email.

Kindly, note that all worldwide shipping are exclusive of all customs duties.  The customer will only be liable to pay all such charges which take place or are imposed by your countries customs authorities.  In such conditions, the customer may be required to contact customs authorities directly to release the shipment.
